Once I have an account, how do I access the streaming platform?

Once you have signed up to our service, you will be automatically redirected to The Stream. Otherwise your can log in here using the email you signed up with and the password you created at registration or click the Log In button in the top right hand corner of our website. If you have forgotten your password, simply select forgotten password and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.

Do I need WiFi to play music on The Stream?

No! While most customers do use a phone or tablet connected to a WiFi connection for easy access to The Stream, you can also download our app to a computer which can connect to the internet directly and audio system. Whatever device you use, it can then be connected to speakers throughout your spa in whichever way you have set up e.g. Networked audio, wired amp, bluetooth, aux cabling, WiFi, etc. We continuously release new product features, sign up for our newsletter in the footer of this page to be the first to hear about new product features and releases.

How do I connect speakers?

We connect with any existing speaker setup. Please consult our help guide for further instructions for your specific needs.

What sort of music is available?

We have an extensive library of soundscapes categorized by mood, outcome and duration, enabling you to easily personalize the music to your spa and client needs at the touch of a button. All of our soundscapes have been created by world-leading musicians, scientists and wellness practitioners, and are designed to elevate your treatments by delivering tangible health and wellbeing benefits for your clients. To find the perfect music for your needs, simply browse our collection by theme or head over to our elevate page for some inspiration.

How long are the playlists?

We've curated soundscapes to complement popular treatment durations: 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. For shorter experiences that can be added as bolt-on touchless treatments, our Breathwork category offers 5, 10, and 15-minute options. You can find all our shorter soundscapes ideal for multi-modality layering here. If you prefer a hands-off approach, our 12-or-24hour soundscapes will guide you through your day. All soundscapes can be downloaded via the app for offline playback, so your music keeps playing even without a WiFi connection.

If I run a spa with 10 treatment rooms, what is the total cost?

When choosing the right subscription for your spa, you have three options to choose from: Single Zone, Multi Zone, and Unlimited Zones.

Single Zone is ideal for independent therapists who want to deliver a personalized client experience. At $26.99 per month or billed yearly at $250.

Multi Zone is recommended for spas with multiple therapists or zones who want to personalize the experience across up to three zones. At $49.99 per month or billed yearly at $450.

Unlimited Zones is designed for luxury spas, hotels, and resorts who want to deliver a personalized experience across every space. At $79.99 per month or billed yearly at $750. This represents a significant saving compared to licensing music directly or through other providers who charge on a per-zone basis.
