Once I have an account, how do I access the streaming platform?
Once you have signed up to our service, you will be automatically redirected to The Stream. Otherwise your can log in here using the email you signed up with and the password you created at registration or click the Log In button in the top right hand corner of our website. If you have forgotten your password, simply select forgotten password and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Do I need WiFi to play music on The Stream?
No! While most customers do use a phone or tablet connected to a WiFi connection for easy access to The Stream, you can also download our app to a computer which can connect to the internet directly and audio system. Whatever device you use, it can then be connected to speakers throughout your spa in whichever way you have set up e.g. Networked audio, wired amp, bluetooth, aux cabling, WiFi, etc. We continuously release new product features, sign up for our newsletter in the footer of this page to be the first to hear about new product features and releases.
How do I connect speakers?
Double check you’re connected to the internet and logged in to your account on your chosen streaming device. Then simply connect your speaker(s) via a bluetooth, aux cabling or WiFi connection to the same device and start streaming or if using the app connect to a networked/ wired audio system with that device. We’ve created these short how to videos to help.
What sort of music is available?
We have an extensive library of soundscapes categorized by mood, outcome and duration, enabling you to easily personalize the music to your spa and client needs at the touch of a button. All of our soundscapes have been created by world-leading musicians, scientists and wellness practitioners, and are designed to elevate your treatments by delivering tangible health and wellbeing benefits for your clients. How long are the playlists?
We've curated soundscapes to complement popular treatment durations: 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. For shorter experiences that can be added as bolt-on touchless treatments, our Breathwork category offers 5, 10, and 15-minute options. You can find all our shorter soundscapes ideal for multi-modality layering here. If you prefer a hands-off approach, our 12-or-24hour soundscapes will guide you through your day. All soundscapes can be downloaded via the app for offline playback, so your music keeps playing even without a WiFi connection.
If I run a spa with 10 treatment rooms, what is the total cost?
When choosing which subscription is most suitable, you have two options to choose from, The Stream Essential or The Stream Unlimited.
The Stream Essential allows you to play the same music throughout all zones in your spa. For a Spa with 10 treatment rooms, The Stream Essential would cost a total of USD$250pa.
The Stream Unlimited subscription allows you to personalize the music by zone and treatment. With The Stream Unlimited, you can control the music centrally or give your guest or therapist control over the sensory experience, tailoring music to the treatment that is being delivered. For a Spa with 10 treatment rooms, The Stream Unlimited would cost a total of USD$750pa. This represents a significant saving versus licensing the music directly or through other service providers who charge on a by zone basis.
